AI advises, you decide
None of our tools makes a decision on its own that commits your business or a person. Our tools draft, sort, prepare, answer, and pass things on; a human on your team approves anything that commits you.
You know when it's AI
Your customers know they're talking to an assistant. We never pass off an AI as a person, and generated content is labeled as such.
Your data stays yours
It serves only you. We don't sell it, and you can export it or have it deleted. Before any call to the AI, names and numbers are masked, and the hosting location is stated in writing in your contract.
You always know where an answer comes from
For every answer, you can see where the information comes from: which product sheet, which price, which instruction. No black box.
No one is judged on their origin, religion, sex, or health
Our tools don't classify or treat people based on their origin, religion, sex, or health. Every one of our tools is built on this rule, and we show on request how it's applied.
A public charter anyone can read
No testimonial without a signature, no certification without a certificate, no promise before the product exists. We draw on international responsible AI frameworks, such as the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and the ISO/IEC 42001 standard, and we answer any question about our methods.
We claim no certification we don't hold. This charter is a commitment, verifiable on request.
What this changes in practice in our tools
No invented figures
Every number in an answer must exist in your information: a price, a quantity, a delivery time, an invoice amount, a calculated total, or a figure given by the person asking. Otherwise the answer is blocked and the tool tries again.
Your information is the authority
The tool relies only on your software, your files, and your up-to-date documents. Prices, stock levels, and amounts are re-read at the source before they appear.
It hands over when it doesn't know
When the information is missing, it says so rather than improvising, and the question goes back to someone on your team.
Everyone knows who they're talking to
Your customers and your teams know when it's AI. No certification is claimed, and no delivery time is promised on your behalf.
